Q. How do I order and pay for my cover?

A. You have to Order us through the “Package” Page. Just Select a Package and click the paypal order button. After completing the payment process, PayPal will redirect your browser to our website submission form after 10 seconds. If not please come back to this page again and click here.

Q. How long does it take to get my e cover delivered to me?

A. I will send you the first draft of the design within 24 hours (1 days) after your place your order, and if you’re satisfied with the design I’ll send you the complete package within another 12 hours.

Q. How do you deliver my new e cover?

A. The new e cover will be sent in ZIP file format through a download link.

Q. What file format will my e cover be delivered in?

A. Your e cover will be supplied in JPG format, recognizable by PC and Mac and commonly used for display in web pages. If you need the e cover in a format other than stated, just name it.

Q. Will I get the .PSD files as well?

A. I’m sorry, but no, I won’t be giving out the source file in fear that you would resell or distribute the graphics. The images used in the designs are associated with very strict licensing laws, so I can’t take that risk.

Q. What if I’m not satisfied with the cover design?

A. I will revise your e cover design up to 3 times, and if you’re still not satisfied, I will return every penny of your money back to you. No question asked.

Q. What if I want to include certain pictures or logos in my cover?

A. All you have to do is send them to support@ariyes.net as an e-mail attachments, together with the description of where do you want me to place them. You can also send us a particular font type and pick the color scheme for your cover.

Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A. Yes, you are entitled to get 20% discounts if you’re ordering more than 3 packages at one time.
